Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of mortgagecalculatorsandiego.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Not a Lender; No Loan Decisions

This Site does not originate mortgage loans, does not make loan decisions, does not extend credit, and is not a credit reporting agency. We do not control loan terms, interest rates, fees, underwriting standards, or approval timelines. Any loan you obtain will be made by, and any agreement you enter will be with, a separately licensed lender or broker.

When you request a quote through the Site, your request is delivered to a licensed mortgage professional who is responsible for their own conduct, disclosures, and compliance with all applicable laws.

Rates, Fees, and Program Information

Any rates, APRs, fees, payment amounts, loan limits, or program details displayed on the Site are illustrative samples drawn from publicly available data and are typically updated on a periodic basis. They are not a personalized rate quote and will not match what any individual borrower receives. Your actual rate and terms depend on factors including credit score, debt-to-income ratio, loan-to-value ratio, occupancy type, property type, loan amount, lock period, and market conditions at the time you apply. Conforming loan limits, FHA limits, and program eligibility rules may change between updates to the Site.

User-Submitted Information

When you submit a contact form, quote request, or other communication through the Site, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You agree not to submit false or misleading information, and you agree not to use the Site to apply for loans on behalf of another person without their permission.

Quote requests and contact submissions are forwarded to the licensed mortgage professional you select. The handling of that information thereafter is governed by their own privacy and business practices.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. Specifically, you will not:

• Use the Site to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;

Limitation of Liability

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject.
